I did not get my OTP code?

Please check your spam filter or check with your IT admin as it might have been block by your organizations’ spam filtering system.

My OTP code is not working?

Please make sure you have the most recent code. Wait a few minutes and make sure to open the most recent email on the OTP email thread as you might have multiple codes if you clicked the “send me a code” button more then once.

The file that was shared with me is not in a supported format for the View option?

Currently supported View files type for web-viewing are PDF, Word and Excel. For other files formats please download encrypted and use the Confidencial tools “web app” to decrypt.
