Individual accounts are Confidencial accounts intended for individuals and small teams that do not have a Confidencial organization. Users with an individual account can protect content for any other user with an individual account as well as users with organization accounts that allow cross-organization lookup.

Anyone - both individual and organization users - can invite other users to create an individual account
